We create your code
A code in your name (for example LUCA) and your link merrytcg.com/code/LUCA. You will find both in your profile.
Your community joins
Through your link, or by typing your code at sign-up. Every referral gets their gift on arrival.
You invoice, we pay
Live figures in your creator space. From €20 due, you send your invoice and the bank transfer goes out within 30 days.
What your community gets
Your code is more than a tracking link: it gives a real gift, placed in the inventory right at sign-up.
A free booster
A skins booster (avatars and banners) waiting in the inventory. Your referral opens it whenever they like.
The Mugiwara title
An exclusive title shown under their username, only available with a creator code.

About €0.68 per subscriber per month, renewals included.
Estimate: price paid, minus VAT (20% in France) and the App Store or Google Play fee (15%), then 20%. The actual calculation starts from what the stores report for each payment: VAT in the subscriber’s country changes the base slightly. Free trials and refunds do not count.
Who can join
Small or big account: we look at content and honesty before follower count.
You need
- To talk about the One Piece Card Game: openings, decks, card prices, tournaments, collecting.
- A MerryTCG account (it will carry your code).
- To be 18 or older.
- A registered business (sole trader or company) so you can send us an invoice. In France, a micro-entreprise can be set up for free online on the official one-stop portal, formalites.entreprises.gouv.fr.
- A bank account in that business’s name.
We don’t work with
- Fake accounts, bots and mass sign-ups.
- Self-referral, even with a second account.
- Spam in comments or private messages.
- Misleading promises about the app or easy money.
- Paid search ads on the “MerryTCG” name, and promo code sites.
Program rules
In black and white, so there are no surprises at payout time.
Who runs the program
The program is run by ZOANTCG SAS, a French simplified joint-stock company with a share capital of €1,000, registered with the Paris RCS under number 103 786 174, whose registered office is at 10 rue de la Paix, 75002 Paris, France, publisher of MerryTCG (“we”). These rules are governed by French law. In case of disagreement, we first look for an amicable solution: write to contact@merrytcg.com.
What earns a commission
Every MerryTCG Pro subscription payment by an account linked to your code: first purchase and renewals. Your commission is 20% of net revenue, meaning the price paid minus taxes and the share taken by the App Store or Google Play. Free trials earn nothing. A refunded payment cancels the matching commission.
How an account is linked to you
- Through your link merrytcg.com/code/YOURCODE, opened within 30 days of the account being created.
- Through your code, typed in the app within 7 days of the account being created. On iPhone, the App Store does not pass on where an install came from: say your code out loud and show it on screen.
- An account has only one creator, and this link is permanent.
When and how you get paid
- A commission becomes payable 30 days after the payment, to allow for store refunds.
- Your creator space shows the net base and your commission at all times, payment by payment. At the start of each month, we close the payable amount for the previous month.
- From €20 due, you send your invoice to contact@merrytcg.com and the SEPA transfer goes out within 30 days. Below that, nothing is lost: the balance carries over to the next month.
- Any VAT on your invoice follows your own tax status. Outside the SEPA area, bank fees are yours to cover.
Being transparent with your community
The law requires you to disclose a paid partnership: clearly state “affiliate link” or “paid partnership” in your video, description or post.
Freedom and ending the partnership
No exclusivity, no quota, no minimum term. You can stop whenever you like. We may end the program or your partnership with at least 30 days’ notice by email. In every case, commissions on payments received up to the end date remain due and are paid under the rules above; no commission is due on later payments.
Fraud
Fake accounts, self-referral or misleading incentives: we tell you by email what we found, then the related commissions are cancelled and the code is closed. You can reply if you think it is a mistake.

Frequently asked questions
How many followers do I need?
No minimum. A small account that really talks about the game interests us more than a big off-topic audience.
Do I really need a registered business?
Yes: we pay by bank transfer, against an invoice, and we cannot pay a private individual without a business. In France, setting up a micro-entreprise is free and done online on the official one-stop portal, formalites.entreprises.gouv.fr.
Where do I see my numbers?
In the app, a “My creator code” card appears at the top of your profile: sign-ups, Pro subscribers, commission for the month. The payment-by-payment breakdown and your payouts are in your creator space.
My audience is mostly on iPhone, does it work?
Yes, with the code. The App Store does not say where an install came from, so on iPhone the link alone is not always enough: your code typed at sign-up (within 7 days) links the account for sure. Your link opens the app with your code when it is already installed.
Can I have other partnerships?
Of course. The program is not exclusive, as long as your content stays honest and the partnership is disclosed.
What if I live outside France?
It’s possible if you have a business that can issue an invoice and a bank account in its name. Outside the SEPA area, bank fees are yours to cover.
